A beautiful modern style of Rose made from 100% Pinot Noir. Rose's made from Pinot Noir are fruit driven, light, complex and well balanced. Our Rose is called Saignee (pronounced saan yay) because of the way in which its made, we bleed (Saignee means to bleed in French) a portion of the juice just 8 hours after picking and putting the fruit in tanks. The Amisfield Saignee Rose style is; Fresh, yummy, easy to drink. With primary characters of strawberries, cherries and a creamy palate.
