4 Stars Sam Kim
An elegantly framed méthode traditionnelle made from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. The nose is nicely fragrant displaying citrus, apple and a touch of yeasty characters. It's intensely flavoured on the palate with good fruit weight and bright acidity providing a lovely dry finish. A well harmonised and finely textured wine offering generosity and appeal.

Gorgeous biscuit, brioche and melted butter aromas and a fat, flavorsome, textural finish.

Bob Campbell Review
This blend of slightly more pinot noir than chardonnay has spent three years on yeast lees before the wine was disgorged. Pinot noir clearly has a greater influence on the wine's weight and flavour. It's a full-bodied, silken textured wine with pretty strawberry and stone fruit plus a pronounced fresh bread/yeast influence. It's exquisitely balanced, with a hint of sweetness and enough acidity to give a drying finish. A rare example of a sparkling wine made in Central Otago, a region that promises much but has so far delivered very little.
