Amisfield Winery is an innovative purpose built wine production facility which is certified sustainable. Capacity is 600 tonne and is one of the largest wine facilities in Central Otago. Amisfield Winery includes unique man made water purification systems and wetlands to filter the winery's waste water and convert this into irrigation for the vines.

With a state of the art production winery onsite we retain quality control at all times over the fruit as it’s processed. The winemaking approach at Amisfield is one of minimal impact on the extraordinary fruit as its processed from season to season, making the wines a natural expression of the land from which they are created.

Continuing this careful hands off approach to wine making, all fruit at Amisfield is hand harvested.  Whites are whole bunch pressed.  Pinots are partially whole bunch fermented
and all wines are fermented, where possible, with indigenous yeasts.
